AMP’D Entertainment is a full-service lighting, video, audio, staging and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry – from corporate events and theatre to concert touring and television. Our offerings include rentals and services, new and used sales, and permanent installations.ampdent.com is the companies website and collects information that is submitted in requests for quotes and services. We also collect and store data you provide if you opt-in to our marketing emails.

For the purposes of this notice, we act as the “data controller.” We take on this role as we determine how your personal data is used and processed.

Quote Process: To place a quote, as a registered user or guest, you must provide contact information (such as name and email). Some prices are advertised on the website, and we do not collect any payment information. The information you submit will help us prepare a quote for you and to contact you with that quote.

Newsletter Sign Up: When you sign up for our Newsletter we will send you periodic emails with information on new products, events, and any other relevant information to you.

Personal data may be used without knowledge or consent in situations when legally required or permitted, or when personal data has been anonymized or pseudonymized, so it is no longer associated with the user. This means we have removed personally identifying information so the data we’re left with cannot be tied back to you as an individual.

    • a. The data subject may click on the Request My Information link that can be found in the CCPA page of the privacy policy. Please include the information that needs to be modified in the request.
    • b. The privacy team will receive the information and start the process.
  1. Timeline for Responses: Acknowledgment notice of a verifiable consumer request will be within 10 business days of receipt.
  2. Response:
    Response to verifiable consumer request must be within 45 days from the date of receipt. If necessary, the business can extend this period by an additional 45 calendar days, provided they inform the consumer within the original 45-day window and explain the reason for the delay. In total, the response could take up to 90 days in some cases, but the consumer must be notified of any extension within the first 45 days.
